If you are not sure of the condition of your item, please note below:
- We cannot accept item(s) that have been washed.
- We cannot accept item(s) that are covered in human/animal hair.
- We cannot accept item(s) that have been stained.
- We cannot accept item(s) that are discontinued on the website.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
At this time Be A B3AST Apparel does not offer Money Back refunds, instead we offer refunds in the form of store credit. With this being the case we advise all customers to be 100% sure of their purchase before proceeding through the checkout process.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
To return or exchange an item, simply return the item to us in their "original condition" within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded. Also, the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. For purchases after 14 days of delivery confirmation, no refunds are issued.
- In returning your package, please include your name, order #, and whether or not you would like to exchange for another item or receive a refund. Send the item(s) to the address stated above.
- Because your purchase is now your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our site, unless sent via special delivery.
- ALSO KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE A NEW BRAND AND QUANTITIES ARE LOW, SO IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY MISTAKE THERE IS A CHANCE THE CORRECT SIZE YOU NEED WILL BE OUT OF STOCK. THEREFORE WE ADVISE YOU BE SURE AS POSSIBLE OF YOUR SIZING AT YOUR INITIAL ORDER SO YOU WON'T MISS OUT ON ANY APPAREL.
International Returns or exchanges
- Unfortunately due to the high shipping rates and potential customs charges we cannot accept international returns or exchanges at the moment.
TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A FAULTY ITEM
If the item you received is faulty, please contact customer support via the form to the right with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, why the return is being made, and whether you require a store credit or a replacement. We will assist you on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
If your order has taken longer than a week to arrive from dispatch, feel free to contact us via the form to the right and we will be able to inform you further. Please remember that international orders tend to take 2 to 3 weeks to arrive it's destination.
YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact customer support via the form to the right with your order number, your name and address, details of the product, the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then assist you on how to proceed with the return.
